DB you need to lower your standards. These people may be boring, lack charisma or any star quality, and you may not like any of their personal styles, but they're still all pretty good singers. Remember they were selected by industry experts, so there must be something there. This is american idol, they're just amateurs. They're not gonna be great entertainers instantly.
Having said that...this season still sucks. Oh My goodness!! I just farted!!

I don't wanna lower my standards  I have always latched on to several contestants quickly in every other season & seen star potential. This year   Yeah I know what you mean. I didn't latch on to anyone last season either though. Idol is gettin lame. whats with the farting thing. new? haha |

Loved Tim. I had written him off but he's back to being my fave again after last night. I dunno why ya'll still rated him about the same as you've rated his past performances. This was clearly much better. I thought Katie Stevens did a much better job than usual too. I'd guess that Andrew is def going tonight, then either Michael, Katie, or Siobhan.

I though Lee was "good" but what I am missing & disappointed in this season is no one has made me go WOW, not once, not even close...  same. 1) Casey James - 2.5 2) Lee DeWyze - 4 3) Tim Urban - 2.5 4) Aaron Kelly - 2.5 5) Siobhan Magnus - 2.5 6) Michael Lynche - 2.5 7) Crystal Bowersox - 4 Can we pretty much assume at this point that the top two will be Lee and Crystal? |
